Sign a parent/coach CONTRACT:

Signing a parent/coach contract that outlines guidelines on promoting a positive environment for your child to participate in sports. 

Sponsor a training CLINIC:

Provide a training clinic to educate parents and coaches on the negative impacts of overzealous parenting and coaching.

Practice by EXAMPLE:

Conduct yourself in a manner consistent with promoting a positive environment for your child to participate in sports and set an example for others to follow.  

EDUCATE others:

Be vocal and talk openly about the harmful effects of overzealous parenting and coaching and remind parents/coaches to be responsible for their actions.
