-When experiencing stress try to manage the trigger by setting boundaries and focusing on immediate relaxation.

An intense or irrational fear about not meeting expectations.
-To overcome a fear of failure, set realistic goals and focus on effort instead of the outcome.
Damaged Confidence
A loss of belief in yourself or your ability to work or perform.
-When your confidence is damaged, try to build positivity by listing your strengths and spending time with supportive people.
Loss of Love for Sports
A feeling that you no longer enjoy participating in the sport
-Try new aspects or positions, take a short break, remember why you began playing and shift your focus to the positive aspects of the sport.
